Areas of practice

Integrated programmes, not isolated procedures.

Cléfôre™ does not organise its work around a menu of procedures. It organises it around five areas of practice that reflect, each one, a dimension of the patient and of the method.

Each area is approached according to the four operations: understand, regulate, regenerate, refine. What varies is not the method; it is the nature of the system being addressed and the depth of the regulatory work each patient requires.

The specific procedures — the technical names contemporary culture has learnt to search for — are discussed in consultation. Not in a public catalogue. That decision is not one of marketing: it is one of clinical coherence.

THE FIVE AREAS
I

Facial Coherence

The central area of Cléfôre™. It integrates the systemic reading, the internal regulation, the restoration of endogenous regenerative capacity, and, when appropriate, technical refinement. It approaches the face not as a surface but as the visible expression of the global state of the organism.

Understand. Regulate. Regenerate. Refine.

II

Biological Longevity and Metabolic Signature™

Work on the patient’s biological age, distinct from their chronological age. Built upon Cléfôre Metabolic Signature™: an integrated reading of metabolic, inflammatory, hormonal, and cellular ageing markers. Not longevity as a product, nor standardised anti-ageing protocols.

Deep biological reading. Precise clinical decisions.

III

Systemic Regulation

The regulatory operation of the method, considered as an area of practice in itself. Work on low-grade systemic inflammation, circadian synchronization, sustained autonomic activation, biographical loads that the body has somatized, and hormonal rebalancing where indicated.

The regulatory operation of the method, considered as an area of practice in itself. Work on low-grade systemic inflammation, circadian synchronization, sustained autonomic activation, biographical loads that the body has somatized, and hormonal rebalancing where indicated. Regulation is exercised as an instrument within a clinical framework, not as a loose technique, and as long as cartography justifies it.

Returning to the system its coherence before asking it for results.

IV

Integrated Clinical Dermatology

Dermatology practised in its rigorous sense. Cutaneous reading as a systemic interface: the skin understood as the organ where the patient’s metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, and autonomic states are visibly inscribed. Includes rosacea, melasma, adult acne, chronic dermatitis, pigmentary alterations.

The skin as an organ. Not as a surface.

V

Structural Refinement

The technical operation of the method, when appropriate. Includes fillers, neuromodulation, biostimulation, energy-based devices, advanced techniques — practised at the end of the method, upon a system that has been mapped, regulated, and regenerated.

Technique, in its place. With medical elegance.

The five areas are not compartments. The majority of Cléfôre™’s patients are treated through more than one simultaneously. What the mapping reveals is, almost always, a crossing: compromised cutaneous quality resting upon metabolic dysregulation, a facial contour giving way along a specific hormonal trajectory, a tired gaze whose root lies in sustained autonomic activation.

The plan that the patient receives at their first visit is not inscribed within one area. It is built across them.
