The Consultation · The First Visit

A clinical act, not a cosmetic assessment.

The first visit at Cléfôre™ does not resemble a conventional aesthetic consultation. It does not begin with the area the patient wishes to address. It does not end with an immediate technical decision. It is not organised around a menu of procedures.

It begins with the reading of the patient. The unhurried conversation. The mapping. The time needed to understand, before proposing.

STRUCTURE OF THE CONSULTATION

Clinical conversation

Biographical, symptomatic, and functional reading. Chief complaint, relevant medical history, hormonal trajectory, sleep pattern, biographical burden, habits, dermatological and aesthetic history.

Systemic examination

Dermatological and aesthetic assessment with strict clinical judgment, integrated with the reading of the patient’s metabolic, hormonal, autonomic, and inflammatory dimensions.

Systemic Mapping™

Where appropriate, the panel of studies that allows us to construct the patient’s metabolic signature — Cléfôre Metabolic Signature™ — is requested. Metabolic, inflammatory, hormonal, nutritional, and biological ageing markers

Individualised plan

After integrating the information, Cléfôre™ proposes a plan. The plan may include prior regulation, regeneration, refinement, or no immediate technical intervention. What defines the plan is not the chief complaint as it arrived: it is the complete reading of the system that produced it.

Three Possible Configurations

I

A largely regulated system

Technical intervention may proceed. Regulation is worked on in parallel, accompanying the refinement.

II

Moderate dysregulation

A brief period of prior regulation is advised before intervening. The intervention is not postponed indefinitely: it is ordered. That prior ordering improves both the immediate result and its sustainability.

III

Significant dysregulation

Immediate intervention is, in clinical terms, a poor investment. The conversation is reoriented. Work begins with regulation, and the aesthetic decision is postponed until the system is in condition.

Cléfôre Metabolic Signature™

The patient’s metabolic signature is the most distinctive component of the mapping. It integrates markers that conventional aesthetic consultation rarely examines: insulin sensitivity, sustained inflammatory profile, glycation markers, rhythm and quality of rest, body composition, the hormonal axis, regenerative reserve.

The result is not a number. It is a map of the patient’s biological age against their chronological age, and of the specific axes on which the organism is bearing load.

MODALITY

Cléfôre™ is available exclusively by appointment. A single practice. One consultation per time slot. No overlap.

The initial consultation is a complete clinical assessment: conversation, systemic examination, and proposal of a personalised plan. It is a paid consultation — a deliberate clinical decision, not a commercial formality — that guarantees the time needed for a serious reading and defines the kind of relationship Cléfôre™ proposes to its patients: a practice of depth, not of volume.

Any complementary studies, when indicated, and any interventions the plan may contemplate, are quoted separately.

WHO CLÉFÔRE IS FOR

Cléfôre™ attends to patients who seek something different from what conventional aesthetic dermatology offers. Patients who value clinical depth over the immediate procedure. Who understand that the face is part of a wider system. Who prefer to intervene less and better.

It is not a practice for everyone. And that is not exclusion: it is coherence with what the practice is.

The consultation is arranged through direct contact.
